The Original rock removal,
& dirt reconditioning company
The first part of the process is to break open the ground and loosen the dirt down to a minimum of 6 inches and remove any rocks larger than a cantelope by hand.
& Excess Moisture
The second most important part is to break up as many dirt clauds as possible. This allows the dirt to screen more efficiently. Also during this process we remove any excess in-ground moisture. It's like sifting flour, the drier the better.
This is where all the magic happens! We bring in our pantented machine to screen the preped dirt down to a minum of 6 inches. During this process we remove all rock down to 3/8 minus, catching all the rock in a hopper in the rear of the machine.
This is where we take the waves of screened dirt and smooth it all out into a fine tuned riding surface. When we are finished the arena is ready for immediate use!
